Colonial Heights elects school leaders this morning
COLONIAL HEIGHTS -- The city's School Board will hold an organizational meeting this morning to elect new leaders.
The 8 a.m. at the Colonial Heights High School Technical Building will feature elections for a chairman, vice chairman, clerk and deputy clerk.
