Sandston Memorial Day: Ceremony at 11 a.m. at Seven Pines National Cemetery followed by parade at noon from Seven Pines Elementary School, 301 Beulah Road, to Sandston Elementary School, 7 Naglee Ave., and Sandston Celebration with concessions, children's and family activities, live music and more at Sandston Recreation Center, 11 J.B. Colonial Williamsburg Memorial Day ceremony: Remembering Revolutionary War dead with ceremony at 10 a.m. in front of the Governor's Palace, procession to Bruton Parish Church and walk to the French grave site near Providence Hall for salute to fallen French allies, all in the Colonial capital.
