FACES OF FREEDOM: Richard Lee
SPECIAL REPORT: Freedom
During the past two weeks, Times-Dispatch newsroom staff members asked people in the Richmond region, "What does freedom mean to you?"
We'll run their photos and answers in tomorrow's Times-Dispatch as part of our special Fourth of July weekend coverage. For Richard Lee, 61, an orthodontist in Midlothian, freedom of religion is most important.
"I think some of the freedoms that we take for granted on a daily basis but are very important are freedom of press and freedom of speech," he said. "But the freedom that I feel is the most important of all is freedom of religion -- freedom to worship as each individual person chooses." -- Mark Bowes
