Highland Springs man gets 10 years for gun theft
Daniel Ronmel Stephens, 24, of Highland Springs, was sentenced today to 10 years in prison in the smash-and-grab theft of firearms from a Colonial Heights sporting-goods store last April.
Stephens, also known as "Bleek," pleaded guilty on Dec. 18 in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia in Richmond.
Stephens admitted to driving the getaway car after his two co-defendants stole 28 firearms from Dance's Sporting Goods.
