Boil-water advisory remains in effect in Hanover

Hanover County residents in the Battlefield Green subdivision are being advised to use bottled water or boil their water before drinking for the next two days as a safety precaution after a water main break.

The water main break was repaired yesterday.

The boil-water notice applies to homes east of Magazine Drive on Old Cavalry Drive, including Reunion Drive, Shiloh Place, Ironworks Court, Ironclad Drive, Old Cavalry Court, Devils Den Lane, Gettysburg Lane, Saber Court, Dugout Terrace, Muzzle Court, Green Top Court, Hanover Meadow Drive and Curnow Drive.
