COUNTY, CITY OFFICES -- Charles City, Hanover and Henrico closed today and will reopen tomorrow. Richmond, Chesterfield, Goochland, Powhatan and New Kent closed today and will reopen Monday.

COLLEGES -- Closed; reopen Monday.

SCHOOLS -- Closed; reopen Monday.

COURTS -- All courts closed today and tomorrow.

DMV -- Customer-service centers closed, will reopen Saturday.

LIBRARIES -- All libraries closed today. Henrico, Chesterfield, Goochland, Hanover and Heritage Public Library (serving Charles City and New Kent) reopen tomorrow. Richmond and Powhatan reopen Saturday.

TRASH -- Richmond and Henrico: no pickups today. Collections a day late starting tomorrow. Central Virginia Waste Management Authority pickups will be a day late starting tomorrow. Transfer stations and landfills closed today.

RECYCLING -- No curbside recycling today. Pickups will be a day late starting tomorrow.

TRAFFIC -- Today and tomorrow, city parking meters, time-zones signs, peak-time travel lanes, and no-parking and restricted-parking zones will not be enforced.

GRTC -- Today, buses will operate on a Sunday/holiday schedule.
