OFFICES -- Closed, will reopen Monday.

COUNTY, CITY OFFICES -- Charles City, Hanover and Henrico reopen today. Richmond, Chesterfield, Goochland, Powhatan and New Kent will reopen Monday.

COLLEGES -- Closed; reopen Monday.

SCHOOLS -- Closed; reopen Monday.

COURTS -- All courts closed today.

DMV -- Customer-service centers closed, will reopen tomorrow.

LIBRARIES -- Henrico, Chesterfield, Goochland, Hanover and Heritage Public Library (serving Charles City and New Kent) reopen today. Richmond and Powhatan reopen tomorrow.

TRASH -- Collections a day late starting today. Central Virginia Waste Management Authority pickups will be a day late starting today.

RECYCLING -- Pickups will be a day late starting today.

TRAFFIC -- Today, city parking meters, time-zones signs, peak-time travel lanes, and no-parking and restricted-parking zones will not be enforced.

GRTC -- Buses will be on a normal schedule.

STOCK MARKET -- Open.

BANKS -- Open.

ABC STORES -- Open.

MAJOR MALLS -- Open; contact for specific hours.
