Holocaust Museum plans film showing tonight

The Virginia Holocaust Museum is showing the film "The Unknown Solider" tonight at 7.

The film, directed by Michael Verhoeven, documents the Wehrmacht exhibition as it made its way around Germany from 1999 to 2004.

This exhibit challenged the once-pervasive view that the common German soldier was generally unaware of the atrocities committed during the Holocaust.

The film chronicles the controversy and protests by neo-Nazis that followed the exhibit around the country.
