Charges sought: Richmond prosecutors will ask a grand jury today to indict Eric G. Driver, 25, on charges of second-degree murder and use of a firearm in a felony in the April 22 shooting of car break-in suspect Jamall Holman, 24, in Richmond's Church Hill.
World travels: President Barack Obama is in Moscow beginning today for talks with Russian President Dmitry Medvedev.
Hit-and-run case: Today, Richmond authorities will ask a grand jury to indict Bryan Christopher Shull, 36, of Chesterfield County on charges of bribing a witness, attempted procurement of perjury, and obstruction of justice. Shull already is charged with involuntary manslaughter and hit-and-run in the death of 15-year-old Tiara Rosa.
It's the economy: Wednesday: Alcoa Inc. reports second-quarter financial results, Federal Reserve releases consumer-credit data for May; Thursday: Labor Department releases weekly jobless claims; retailers report June sales results.
