There are always rotten apples that spoil the bunch.  I bet the shooter did not even live in Midlo Village.  There are a lot of good people there, when I worked for the city and had to make visits to these homes I was always greeted with respect and the people were always pleasant.

Not all citizens in Midlothian Village are vermin. Some are honest, law abiding and doing their best to make it. One of those useless pieces of vermin you want to destroy works at the office of the Richmond Times Dispatch. Some of us have to spread our income wider than others. This leaves our choices as to where we can reside very limited. A person’s address, neighborhood or zip code does not make them better or less worthy than another. Next time you paint a picture of this"part of the city”, please try not to use such a wide brush. Thank you.

I’m in my basement, creating an earthquake machine to destroy all the vermin and useless people that exist in parts of the city such as this. I’m absolutely sick of hearing of these people and their miserable lives driving up the crime statistics of this city. Get out of our town.
