J-Reb,
I have read several articles about the pros and cons on taking the H1N1 vaccine.  I still do not have an answer to my satisfaction.
I am under the impression that children, pregnant women and high risk people with major health issues should be vaccinated first.
Not sure how old folks like myself with virtually no health concerns fits into the equation.  I would be happy just to get the regular flu shot, but that vaccine is also in very short supply.
First and foremost, try to keep your bodys immune system up.  I’ve been doing preventive measures for years, especially during the flu season.  Daily regime of multi-vitamins, omega 3 fish oil caps, vitamin C, vitamin D, garlic pills or real garlic and extra citrus fruits.
If anyone evens looks sick or coughs, get away from them pronto if you can.
I am very thankful to the good Lord that I haven’t had a bad cold, flu or even been sick for many years.
I wish you great health also.

I wish we could get some more details.  I don’t even know how to decide if I should get vaccinated.

What’s everyone’s opinion?  I mean, about healthy, young to middle aged adults who seem to be in a low-risk category.  Is there any downside?
