Vigil to be held for slain Richmond woman
A candlelight vigil will be held tonight at 6 for a 22-year-old Richmond woman shot and killed in Brunswick County.
The vigil for Shannon E. Henley will be held at 307 N. Foxhill Road in Henrico County. It is being organized by Alicia Rasin, founder of Citizens Against Crime.
Henley died after she was struck by a stray bullet from a gunfight between two men outside a nightclub in Brunswick about 3 a.m. Sunday.
