Rush hour delay: Water main break at West Broad and Horsepen
The right, westbound lane of West Broad Street near Horsepen Road will be closed through rush hour this evening because of a water main break, the Virginia Department of Transportation reports.
VDOT says repairs may continue as late as midnight and motorists should expect delays. The water break is in front of the Goodwill store, VDOT says.
