It would not hurt RTD to post links to their news sources.

I should mention the upstream gauges have begun to fall and they did not get close to the predicted height. The Westham gauge will not crest near the predicted 14.5 ft.
woopie! Historically this is just a blip as far as river height goes. If it reaches 14ft, it will still be 8 feet below the beginning of the top ten heights. At 14 ft, it is half of what the record is…yet to the RTD, 14 ft is news. I bet they will not even close off the flood wall.
Here is the top ten:
Historical Crests
(1) 28.62 ft on 06/23/1972
(2) 24.91 ft on 08/21/1969
(3) 24.77 ft on 11/07/1985
(4) 23.42 ft on 03/19/1936
(5) 22.65 ft on 04/27/1937
(6) 21.91 ft on 04/18/1987
(7) 21.80 ft on 08/18/1940
(8) 21.75 ft on 10/07/1972
(9) 21.22 ft on 09/08/1996
(10) 21.01 ft on 09/07/1935
