Railroad workers extinguish small fire on tracks over Dock Street

Richmond firefighters also responded to this morning’s small railroad track blaze.
A small fire on the railroad tracks over Dock Street in Richmond this morning was quickly extinguished by railroad employees about the same time that Richmond firefighters arrived on the scene.
A freight train was forced to wait several hundred yards east of the fire.
