2 sought in shooting death TEST

Richmond police have obtained arrest warrants for two men wanted in last week’s shooting death of LaMoan Kahlil Hart.

Rashaad T. Comer, 27 of the 1600 block of Kingswood Street and Terrell A. Collins, 31, of the 100 block of East 15th Street are both wanted on charges of conspiracy to commit murder.

Police said Comer is black, 6 feet, 2 inches tall, and weighs 260 pounds, and Collins is black, 5 feet, 9 inches tall, and weighs 160 pounds.

Hart, 20, was shot Friday about 9:30 p.m. in the 1600 block of Maury Street. Hart traveled several blocks on his bicycle before collapsing, police said. He died at the scene.

Hart, who lived in the 1700 block of Stockton Street, was returning home from a store when he was shot, family members said.

A graduate of George Wythe High School who was employed as a production worker at a local warehouse, Hart was buried yesterday.
