Two teens charged in Chesterfield break-ins
Two teenagers have been charged in a recent string of smash-and-grab commercial break-ins along Chesterfield County's Hull Street Road corridor that involved the theft of alcohol, food, money and cash registers.
The teens, ages 16 and 17, also are accused of breaking into numerous swimming pool concession stands last summer in the county's northern end, police said.
The teens, whose names were not released because of their ages, have been charged with smashing their way into these businesses last Sunday: Kulture Clothing, 10621 Hull Street Road; China Wong, 13617 Genito Road; Chang Sheng, 13568 Waterford Place; Virginia ABC Store, 13121 Rittenhouse Drive; Subway Sandwiches & Subs, 14822 Hull Street Road; Domino's Pizza, 14830 Hull Street Road; and Fortune Bowl, 2461 Colony Crossing Place.
Police said the intruders entered by breaking windows or glass doors with large rocks and chunks of concrete.
The teens also are accused of breaking into three other businesses Sept. 20 in the Village of Swift Creek shopping center. They include Play it Again Sports, Shooters and Hairlines.

Darned shame that these two ignorant and lazy minors will skirt the severity of their actions because of their age. One guess as to whether they will be provided (and take advantage of) the opportunity to return to their hopeless life of crime and be returning to court again.
