1 charged in fatal shooting in Richmond; 1 still sought
One of two suspects in the shooting death of LaMoan Kahlil Hart last week has been arrested, Richmond police said yesterday.
Rashaad Trammelle Comer, 27, of the 1600 block of Kingswood Street, is charged with conspiracy to commit murder, police said.
Authorities also issued a warrant for Terrell A. Collins, 31, of the 100 block of East 15th Street. Collins is wanted on a charge of conspiracy to commit murder.
Collins is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing 160 pounds.

Hart, 20, was shot Friday about 9:30 p.m. in the 1600 block of Maury Street. He traveled several blocks on his bicycle before collapsing, police said. He died at the scene.
Hart, who lived in the 1700 block of Stockton Street, was returning home from a store when he was shot, family members said.
A graduate of George Wythe High School who was employed as a production worker at a local warehouse, Hart was buried Wednesday.
