Richmond man turns himself in after Westover Hills Blvd. homicide

The man wanted by Richmond police in connection with a homicide Friday on Westover Hills Boulevard has turned himself in.

Devin Davon Edmonds, 28, of the 2400 block of Columbia Street, surrendered to Richmond police today.

Police said he will be charged with conspiracy to commit murder in connection with the shooting death of Paul J. Brown, 32, who was dead about 5:30 p.m. Friday at 10 Westover Hills Blvd.

Authorities said the motive for the homicide was an argument.
