Authorities are looking for three men in a shooting this afternoon in Richmond.

Officers were summoned shortly before 4 p.m. to the 1700 block of West Moore Street, just north of West Leigh Street and west of North Lombardy Street.

The victim, described only as a male, arrived at VCU Medical Center with at least one gunshot to his lower body, said police spokeswoman Dionne Waugh. The injury was not considered life-threatening.

Police later learned he had been shot in a house on West Moore Street, Waugh said. Authorities have not yet assigned a motive to the shooting.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (804) 780-1000.
