Man arrested for widespread construction equipment thefts

Authorities in Hanover and Henrico counties say they have arrested a man who stole and damaged more than $1 million worth of construction equipment.
Rashad Muhammad, 23, of the 5700 block of Tivoli Circle in Henrico County was arrested Monday. Authorities said that at the time of his arrest, Muhammad was traveling in a stolen semi truck from Hanover County that was pulling a stolen trailer loaded with two pieces of construction equipment stolen from Henrico County.
Investigators said they have also linked Muhammad to numerous other incidents over the last several months where 23 pieces of equipment were either stolen or damaged beyond repair.
Muhammad, who is being held in Henrico, faces eight counts of grand larceny and three counts of felony vandalism in Hanover County and three counts of grand larceny and three additional counts of felony vandalism in Henrico County.

there should be specail punishment for some who steals a persons means to make a living, i wonder home people got laid off, homes got forclosed and kids went hungery because of this scumbag?
also, Tivoli circle, isn’t that in tree House Apartments? that’s a very dangerous place anymore
