Richmond man arrested in bank robbery
Richmond police have arrested an East End man in last week's robbery of the Wachovia bank branch at 1800 Chamberlayne Ave.
Charles E. McCall, 46, of the 2100 block of Accommodation St. was identified by investigators based on a Crime Stoppers tip, authorities said.
A police spokeswoman said McCall's charges were not immediately available because he is expected to be prosecuted in federal court.
