Richmond police are seeking a 28-year-old Richmond man in Saturday's fatal shooting of an Autoplus employee on Westover Hills Boulevard.

Police said a warrant has been obtained charging Devin Davon Edmonds of the 2400 block of Columbia Street with conspiracy to commit murder in the slaying of Paul J. Brown, 32, who was found shot in a side lot next to Autoplus at 10 Westover Hills Blvd. Police were called to the business about 5:30 p.m.

Brown was pronounced dead at the scene. Police believe the shooting stemmed from an argument, but no additional details were released.

Anyone with any information on Edmonds' whereabouts can call the Richmond Police Tips Line at 514-TIPS (8477) to speak directly to a detective, or Crime Stoppers at 780-1000.
