Case against ex-VCU police chief sent to grand jury

» 0 Comments | Post a Comment

A Chesterfield County judge this morning sent three felony charges against former Virginia Commonwealth University Police Chief Willie Fuller to a grand jury.

Fuller waived his right to a preliminary hearing. In exchange, the prosecution dropped one of two charges of attempted indecent liberites with a minor. He remains accused of one count of that offense and two charges of use of a computer to solicit a minor.

Fuller, who is out on bond, had no comment after the brief hearing.

The grand jury is scheduled to meet May 18.
