Mother indicted in death of Richmond 2-year-old

The mother of a 2-year-old who died in May with signs of being malnourished has been indicted on charges of child neglect and murder, the Richmond commonwealth’s attorney’s office said.
Ashley Williams, who was indicted yesterday, is being charged in connection with the death of D’Sean Williams, the prosecutor’s office said.
