RICHMOND, Va. — Richmond Sheriff C.T. Woody Jr. issued a statement today saying a sexual battery allegation against him is fabricated and without merit.

An adult woman made the allegation against Woody to Richmond authorities, and the matter later was referred to a special prosecutor, a law enforcement official said last night.

Woody’s statement said, in its entirety, “The fabricated allegation of sexual battery is totally baseless and without merit. I have faith in the criminal justice system.  Until the investigation is concluded no additional comments will be made.”

No information has been released on when the alleged incident was to have taken place, or the status of the investigation.

“I haven’t been charged with anything that I know of,“ Woody said last night.

I am not privy to the demographic data for mcts 70-640 in general, but with so many users, I imagine it is fairly representative of the mcts 70-528. So I begin this narrative with the younger people in mind. Ideally, there is a mcts training that exists so that youth may flourish. I wish to emphasize that it is the ideal situation that I am portraying here, which is almost a rarity in our current society.
