Midlothian resident to attend medical school in Grenada

Brian J. Cocchiola of Midlothian, Va., has been accepted to the School of Medicine at St. George's University in Grenada, West Indies.
Cocchiola, son of Bob and Jocelyn Cocchiola, will start class Jan. 19. 2009.
He earned a bachelor's degree in biomedical science from Lynchburg College in Lynchburg, Va.
