-- The Richmond School Board will meet tomorrow to discuss the search for its next superintendent.

The board will meet at 10 a.m. at John Marshall High School, 4225 Old Brook Road, and receive a presentation from the firm conducting a national search for candidates to lead the school system. The meeting will not include mention of specific candidates.

The board is expected to receive a list of candidates and begin conducting interviews by the end of next week.

Yvonne Brandon has been interim superintendent since Aug. 1, when Deborah Jewell-Sherman left to accept a job at Harvard University.
