VSU wins $3 million federal award

Virginia State University has been awarded $3 million from the U.S. Department of Education for its master's degree programs.

The department's Historically Black College or University Master's Degree Program Award will be paid in $500,000 increments over a six-year period.

The funding will be used for the VSU School of Engineering, Science and Technology's biology, computer science and mathematics master's programs.

What? The U.S. Department of Education has a Historically Black College or University Master’s Degree Program Award? This program has to be dumped as it is soooooooo racist! How is it again that the blacks are being discriminated against? It is programs like this that cause tensions between the races.
