UPDATE: Boulevard and Broad intersection reopens after wreck
The intersection of West Broad Street and North Boulevard was clogged this morning by a multi-vehicle accident in which one vehicle overturned.
Richmond police began diverting traffic around the intersection following the crash, which occurred shortly before 10 a.m. and kept the intersection closed until about 11:20.
Police said one person who was trapped in the overturned vehicle had injuries that were not life-threatening.
