BOWLING GREEN — Michelle Obama will help open a new community health center in Bowling Green.

The first lady is scheduled to participate Monday in a ribbon-cutting ceremony at Caroline Family Practice.

The center received $1.3 million in stimulus money.

She also plans to meet with current and former members of the National Health Service Corps. That program provides scholarships and loan repayments to clinicians who provide medical, dental, and mental health care in underserved communities.
