Obama says he’s not losing weight

BEIJING -- President Barack Obama says he feels the pressure of being commander-in-chief but it's not causing him to lose weight.
Obama says media reports that he's skipping meals and shedding pounds under the stress of deciding a new Afghanistan war strategy are untrue. He says his weight fluctuates about five pounds and has for the last thirty years.
Obama did admit that he's going gray, but says that may be more a symptom of age than the presidency. He says that while the multitude of issues facing the country do weigh on him, being president is a privilege.
Obama spoke during interviews with CBS News and NBC News.

Nope, at the time he was born his mom had to be 19 if he was born out of the county. That was the law then.
Anyway the birth is a loser argument, because if you got to the end-game, all you have to do is say “Prove the Kenyan was really BO’s daddy”. Nobody is going to dig him up and do a DNA test. He is buried in Kenya, and I’m sure the Kenyan Army is not letting anyone near it.
Man, some people are due a brush-up on their civics curriculum. Ruserious, if Obama’s mother is an American citizen (as you have yourself stipulated), he is still a citizen by birth, and thus eligible for the Presidency. Either way, born on US soil or born to an American citizen, he meets the requirements listed in the Constitution for the office of President.
I agree with Jerry78. If there was ANY evidence that he is not an American citizen or was not born on American soil, the Republicans would have found it and disqualified him for president before the election.
I’ll even take that a step further and say that the Democrats would have known about it and not pushed for him to be president at all. Let’s cut the insanity. It’s annoying.
ruserious, do not label me a person in denial. I speak my mind based on research and what I consider as facts. I see no proof other than the fact his American mother gave birth to him in Hawaii which makes him American. His father being Kenyan does not negate that. Until I see proof positive that he was absolutely not born on American soil, I will consider him an American.
You are free to believe what you wish but I feel your belief is based on what you want to think rather than actual facts. If you have refutable evidence otherwise then show where this undeniable evidence is located.
He can’t be losing weight because of work. He hasn’t done anything yet.
Well, he did destroy the economy…but he had the help of Congress to do that.
Honestly, I think he was always that thin.
Ever since he was in the Dem Primary, he has secret service protection, and probably had a vest on 95% of the time out in public.
Get a photo of him wearing a vest, and he’ll look 20lbs heavier.
Especially when you have the money to get your clothes tailored to fit over top of it.
He probably has more that one kind as well. Like when he throws out the 1st pitch at a baseball game, I’m sure he’s not wearing an average Level 2 police vest. It’s got to be something heavier.
jerry..You are in denial. He is NOT American. His mother was American, his father was not. He spent most of his childhood NOT in America, and learning how to hate Americans!!!
Actually I think Obama spent some child hood years (age 6 to 10) in Indonesia rather than Malaysia, therefore, Malaysia is not his native land. He attended two different schools, one public that had Islam religion as a curriculum and the other was a private Catholic school.
I know Obama haters don’t want to believe that he is American, but not being a great fan of his, I do not see evidence that he is otherwise.
He does have ties to Malaysia though. His half sister is married to a Malaysian.
Obama does not do Ramadan, he’s just a naturally skinny guy. Wish I was, maybe I need to try Ramadan one time, see if I can scale off a few pounds.
No he’s not losing weight, it’s just his head and ears are getting bigger!
