Editor, Times-Dispatch: Since Sen. Arlen Specter switched sides to keep his seat, he has essentially expectorated on the Republican Party. He should now do the honorable thing and return all of his campaign money to the Republican Party and start raising funds again with his new Democrat friends. Dennis Rudzinski. Richmond.

Mr. Rudzinski: Nah - won’t happen. Notice very few people in elected office are making your case. It IS all about the money, and both parties know it.
