Lawmakers react to address
In making his cuts, Governor Kaine did make some tough choices, and I applaud him for his effort. However, in some cases, his priorities for cuts are not ours. . . . How does a government ‘grow an economy’?
I know a government, through corruption and incompetence, can destroy one but I want someone to explain how if it does the one we can trust it to do the other?
