The mother of a 2-year-old boy who died in May with signs of being malnourished was arraigned yesterday in Richmond Circuit Court on charges of child neglect and felony murder, authorities said. Ashley C. Williams, 24, was indicted Monday on the two charges in the death of her son, D’Sean Williams, and arrested that night. On May 30, authorities responded to a medical emergency call at the home occupied by Ashley Williams and her son in the 1900 block of Newman Road in the Fulton area.
