NORFOLK—A 17-year-old boy has been charged with murder in the fatal shooting of Maury High School football standout Charles Humphrey. Norfolk police spokesman Chris Amos says the teenager was arrested at about 7:30 a.m. today without incident. The boy wasn’t identified because he is a juvenile. He also faces a firearms charge. Amos says more arrests are expected. No motive was released.
