Raymond J. Devere-Austin, 76, lives at an estate on Buck Mountain Road in Albemarle County. Devere-Austin was arrested Monday and charged with stealing “numerous items” from the Antiquer’s Mall in Ruckersville, according to a news release from the Greene County Sheriff’s Office.
