No. 3 Hermitage repels Deep Run 20-14 in OT
The playoffs got an early start this year. Very early. Hermitage sneaked by Deep Run 20-14 last night in a wild overtime game filled with passion on both sides, because the players knew what the implications were. “This was definitely big,“ Panthers quarterback Brendan Riddick said. “There were playoffs on the line right there.“

The Oatlands Invitational at Oatlands Plantation in Leesburg had more than 3,000 finishers. Megan Moye of Cosby ran an 18:54 and finished seventh in the “A” race at Oatlands. The Titans girls were seventh among the teams. Cosby’s Evan Niciphor was 13th in the boys “A” run with a time of 16:32. The Titans were 28th.
