Egg hunt scheduled by Hanover Parks and Recreation
Hanover County Parks and Recreation will hold its annual Easter Egg Hunts on March 28. The first hunt will be at Pole Green Park beginning at 10 a.m., followed by the second hunt at Poor Farm Park at 1 p.m. New this year is an Easter Egg Hunt at Montpelier Park, set for 3 p.m. Children up to 8 years old are invited to hunt for candy eggs by age group. Those who find the lucky eggs will receive a prize. The event also will feature a temporary tattoo booth, arts and crafts, and the Easter Bunny’s meet-and-greet area. The free Easter Egg Hunts will be held rain or shine.
