Balancing budgets: The Chesterfield County Board of Supervisors and the School Board will meet with the county’s legislative delegation today to discuss the projected $60 million shortfall for fiscal 2011 at 4:30 p.m. at the Eanes-Pittman building, 6610 Public Safety Way, Chesterfield. Public-input meetings on the budget are set for today at Clover Hill High School, tomorrow at Salem Church Middle School, and Thursday at Manchester Middle School. All start at 7 p.m.

Hit-and-run case: Today, Richmond authorities will ask a grand jury to indict Bryan Christopher Shull, 36, of Chesterfield County on charges of bribing a witness, attempted procurement of perjury, and obstruction of justice. Shull already is charged with involuntary manslaughter and hit-and-run in the death of 15-year-old Tiara Rosa.
