Commercial pigs in Ind. test positive for H1N1
The U.S. Department of Agriculture said Wednesday that pigs in a commercial herd in Indiana have tested positive for swine flu, making it the first time the virus has been found in such hogs.

No.7 Iowa comes from behind to defeat Indiana 42-24
IOWA CITY, Iowa—Of all the holes Iowa has dug itself, this was the deepest. Indiana was leading by 14 in the third quarter and just two yards away from the Hawkeyes’ end zone. Given how poorly quarterback Ricky Stanzi was playing, one more touchdown might have brought their charmed season crashing down. Tyler Sash instead returned an interception 86 yards for a touchdown, and Stanzi bounced back from a career-high five interceptions to rally the No. 7 Hawkeyes to a 42-24 victory, yet another improbable finish in a season full of them.

Virginia smashes Indiana
A season that started in neutral has been sent into overdrive. On display at Scott Stadium yesterday was Jameel Sewell making split-second decisions on throws, Mikell Simpson kicking into another gear while finding big holes, and the defense blitzing the quarterback, bringing him down seemingly as soon as he caught the snap. The result was a 47-7 blowout against Indiana—the Cavaliers’ first home victory of the season.
