Animal rights groups and the Philadelphia Eagles are looking at ways they can join forces to combat dogfighting.

Philadelphia Coach Andy Reid is expected to make a decision Tuesday on whether Vick will make his Eagles debut in an exhibition home game against the Jaguars.

PHILADELPHIA - Michael Vick will take the field for the Philadelphia Eagles on Thursday night against the Jacksonville Jaguars if all goes well over the next three days of practice, coach Andy Reid said yesterday. Vick signed with Philadelphia on Aug. 13 but was not allowed to play in the team’s first two preseason games under the provisions of his suspension from the league.
