About 100 people turned out last night to argue for and against plans to build a third nuclear reactor at Louisa County’s North Anna Power Station. The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission is evaluating the potential environmental impact of a third reactor at the nuclear power plant near Mineral. The agency used last night’s meeting to gather public comments.
