Chesterfield man convicted in teen’s hit-and-run death
A Chesterfield County man has been found guilty of fatally striking a teenage girl with his pickup truck and leaving her to lie in a dark street in her mother’s arms. Richmond Circuit Judge Walter W. Stout III yesterday convicted Bryan Christopher Shull, 36, of involuntary manslaughter and hit-and-run in the death of 15-year-old Tiara Rosa. The pickup hit Rosa on Jan. 16 as she walked with her mother along Walmsley Boulevard in South Richmond. She died the next day.

Man indicted for trying to bribe witness in Richmond hit-and-run death
A Chesterfield County man was indicted today on charges that he tried to bribe a witness to lie in court on his behalf in a case involving the hit-and-run death of a 15-year-old girl. A Richmond grand jury indicted Bryan Christopher Shull, 36, of Lake Hills Road on charges of bribery, attempted procurement of perjury, and obstruction of justice, according to Managing Deputy Commonwealth’s Attorney Tracy Thorne-Begland.
