The Virginia Recreation and Park Society invites seniors age 50 and older to experience The Virginia Senior Games, May 7-10, in the Richmond area. On May 9 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., a Health Expo will be held at Sports Backers Stadium, 100 Avenue of Champions in Richmond. Health professionals will provide information regarding healthy living. This event is free and open to the public and all Senior Games athletes.

Volunteers are needed for the Virginia Senior Games, May 7-10. Senior adults, aged 50 and older, will participate in a variety of events, including swimming, tennis, golf, horseshoes, canasta, track and field, basketball and more.
