NORMAN, Okla. - Devon Moore scored 17 points, including the go-ahead basket after James Madison squandered a 12-point, second-half lead and the Dukes beat Mississippi Valley State 62-54 Tuesday night in an NIT Season Tip-Off consolation game.
Moore had a driving right-handed layup to give James Madison (1-1) a 48-47 lead with 7:19 to play and the Dukes were able to keep the Delta Devils (0-4) at bay the rest of the game.
