Boys player of the week: Connor Bradley
Connor Bradley Trinity Episcopal/ Baseball What he did: Whether it was pitching or hitting, Bradley, a junior, produced some big-time numbers as the Titans went 6-1. He was 3-0 on the mound with a complete game against Atlantic Shores and a one-hitter against Christchurch. He was 15 for 22 at the plate, drove in 16 runs, scored 10 times, slugged four home runs and had two doubles. Age: 17 Three words your friends would use to describe you: "Nice, hardworking, motivated." Strengths: "Positive attitude, driven, good pitcher, hit home runs." Toughest opponent other than yourself: "Brad Goodloe (pitcher at St. Anne's-Belfield)." I'm working to improve: "Leadership; being more vocal." Favorite food: Salmon and mashed potatoes Favorite ice cream: "Breyers chocolate." Best sports memory: "When we (Ashland Patriots) beat Puerto Rico in the (2002 AAU) national tournament."
