Colonial District

Douglas Freeman: Ben Occhiuto (So., 125) and Malcolm Scott (So., 140) were both fourth in the district. Junior Will Eudaily (160) is a district runner-up.
Mills Godwin: Matt Hatcher (140) looks for a fourth district championship. Matt Brunke (152) is a district champion and regional runner-up. Blake Edwards (160) and Adam Regulinski (171) placed in the district.
Hermitage: Senior Marty VanPeppen (112) moves up. Regional champ Justin Dennis is at 125. Tom Kizer (Jr. 135) joins brother, John Kizer (Sr., 130). Regional runner-up Marc Heathcock (171) returns, along with Josh El (Sr., 189).
Patrick Henry: District runner up Timmy Kendzia (Sr., 152) bumps up. Senior heavyweight Michael Rosalez returns.
J.R. Tucker: District runner-up Am Ritmaha (So., 112) moves up, along with Kendall Olivo (Jr., 130). Sophomore Nic Fuerte is back at 215.

Capital District

Hanover: Regional runner-up Spencer Alexander (103) leads off. David Wilson (Jr., 140), David Polson (Sr., 145), and Kyle Locke (Sr., 171) are district champions and regional placers. Sophomore transfers from Pennsylvania, Connor Harrison (119) and Gabe LaVey (125), as well as defensive lineman Blake Jones (215) are interesting additions.
Varina: Shawn Crawley (Jr., 103) and district runner-up Stevie Barlow (Jr., 112) return. Dylan Turner (119), Poncho Lyles (130), Justin Beck (160), and Tommy Bowen (215) are all seniors.
Highland Springs: Senior district champion at 215, Khalid Johnson moves up to heavyweight.

Dominion District

Cosby: Christian Evers (Jr., 125), Mike Birnbaum (Sr., 160), and Anthony Delano (Jr., 189) are district champs. Three freshmen compete for the slot at 119, and freshman Ryan Taylor steps in at heavyweight
James River: Seniors Jared Anongos and Jordan Dix should return to 130 and 125. Sophomore Jordan O'Donnell (112) and Sr. Dominic Caiazzo (119) bump up a class. Jr. Andy Svanda returns at 160. Freshman Brayden Manchester takes over at 103.
Midlothian: Seniors Matt Provost (152) and Kyle Seay (160) were both third in the district. Senior Callen Larus returns at heavyweight.
Clover Hill: Seniors Jacob Hutchinson (171) and Zach Burkholder (160) are both district runners-up.
George Wythe: Seniors Alterrick Herring (119), Derek Young (171), and Frank Brown (heavyweight) are back.
Monacan: Sophomores Tyler and Taylor Morris occupy 112 and 119, with junior Matt Morris in at 125. Sophomore Donte Holland returns at 215.

Central District

Thomas Dale: Freshman Drew Zoller in at 112. Freshman Alex Turley won a wrestle-off with regional runner up (at 112) Cody Griffin for 119. James White (Jr.) moves up to 125. Regional runner-up Brandon Diamond (So., 145) returns, along with Kyle Felter (Sr., 140) and John Dommert (Sr., 171).
Dinwiddie: The second-place team in the district returns three district runners up: Joey Plutro (Jr., 103), Daniel Rogerson (Sr. 152) and John Oakley (Sr. HWT).
Hopewell: Freshman-heavy lineup includes Cody Allala (145). Older brother Clint Allala (Jr., 160) returns after finishing third in the Central Region and fifth in the state. District champ Jonathan Gay (103) returns
Matoaca: Blake Roulo (145) and Josh Clark headline a young lineup. Aaron Stallings (So. 112) and Austin Akins (So., 189) return.
Meadowbrook: Lineup has gaps, but solid individuals highlighted by district champion Jervonn Worsham (160) and district runner up James Tuppince (140).
