James River’s Anongos wins state title at 135
Jared Anongos won his first Group AAA state title, 3-1 in overtime over Roman Perryman of Robinson.
The James River senior 135 becomes the first Central Region wrestler to win a state title since 2002.
Anongos added a state championship to a resume that already included the record for career wins in Virginia High School League history.
