Tye Bender had 20 points and six steals as Huguenot, ranked No. 6 in the T-D Top Ten Poll, held off No. 7 Monacan 55-49 last night.
Marcia Bogan registered 14 points and seven assists for the Falcons. Eban Harris scored 10 points and Jeanette Cousins added five blocks.
Candice Silas scored 22 points for the Chiefs, who held the Falcons to just seven points in the fourth quarter.
